We accept money-order, checks, Paypal or Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express by calling us at 570.629.8414 M-F 8-5pm ET. Please don't send cash. If you wish to pay by check, you can print your "shopping cart" information without checking out, then send it & payment in the mail. Orders will be filled when payment is received.
How do I pay by Check and what are the shipping fees?
If paying by personal check, your check must be imprinted and have your current address. If you have a P.O. Box, please write your house number and street address somewhere on the check. What is your Return Policy & Guarantee?
Our products are fully guaranteed*(see exception below), if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, items can be returned in new condition within 10 days after receipt of shipment. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Please call for Return Authorization Number and for your protection, please insure your package. ***NOTE*** THE ECOMAX TILE MANUFACTURER CHARGES A 35% RESTOCKING FEE - IF YOU DECIDE TO RETURN THIS ITEM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS FEE.
