How to Buy Products

How do I purchase items that do not have a shopping cart?  Can I order over the phone?  And do you ship outside the U.S.A.?
At this time, we can only ship within the continental United States. For orders to Alaska & Hawaii, please call us at 570.234.4222 for a shipping quote.  If an item does not have a shopping cart, you can email us or call us at 570.234.4222 Mon-Fri 8am-5pm ET for a formal shipping quote. Customers may use our Shopping Cart and order by simply clicking on the "Add to cart" button next to each item, or by calling  Mon-Fri 8-5pm ET 570.234.4222. After your purchases are completed, proceed to Checkout where you can pay by PayPal. 

What kind of Payment do you accept?
We accept money-order, checks, Paypal by calling us at 570.234.4222 M-F 8-5pm ET. Please don't send cash. If you wish to pay by check, you can print the estimate, then send it & payment in the mail. Orders will be filled when payment is received.

How do I pay by Check and what are the shipping fees?
If paying by personal check, your check must be imprinted and have your current address. If you have a P.O. Box, please write your house number and street address somewhere on the check. Print the estimate, then send it & payment in the mail. Make checks payable to "Close the Loop" and mail to:

What is your Privacy Policy?
The information you supply us will be held in strict confidence. Names & email addresses are never sold or released to 3rd parties. Your personal data will only be used in processing your request for our products or newsletter if you are interested in receiving it. What is your Return Policy & Guarantee?
All returned glass must be in original packaging and unopened. Get confirmation service on the package back to make sure that we receive the product. NO REFUNDS will be issued for product after 30 days from your original receipt of the shipment. We are not responsible for any loss of packages coming back to us by the shipping company. There will be a 20% restocking fee assessed to returned orders.  Close the Loop Company will not reimburse the cost of any shipping related fees involved in getting the glass product to the client or back from the client. These fees are to be paid solely by the customer.
